How many sessions? 

Usually1 to 3 sessions are needed. 

 

Your own Superconscious Mind will decide if you need further sessions.

Hypnosis for Childbirth Internet classes.  There are six classes in the Hypnosis for Childbirth program. Each class is 90 minutes (+/-) in length. Each class is now only $33.00; you can pay as you go.

All hypnosis sessions are done via ZOOM video conferencing.
